Astroshastra has launched a SMS (short messaging service) tracking facility in line with the wireless revolution. The service allows customers with mobile phones to track their consignments by Order number through a single convenient number. Customers simply send their Order number via email at email@example.com or SMS to +91 09871921188. Astroshastra will send back a real-time response to the customer's mobile, quickly providing them the tracking no.
As an instant service SMS tracking is also an economical option saving Astroshastra customers time and money spent on phone calls to determine the status of their Orders. In addition, customer peace of mind is assured as customers can save the consignment status report on their phone for future reference. Astroshastra now provides you with a unique service called "SMS Facility". Using SMS Facility, You can also request for information on your account or any other information on our Products.

How does SMS Facility work?
Interactive Services: For the interactive services (ORDER STATUS), you need to send an SMS from your mobile. Type in the "ORDER STATUS followed by ORDER NUMBER" in the 'write messages' and send the SMS to 9871 921188. A list of keywords is given behind. Please request for information on one order only per SMS.
e.g.: To get the order status
Type: ORDER STATUS MIAORDER1802004000589 · Send it to mobile number 9871921188.
You would receive an SMS from Astroshastra giving you the Tracking Number and the date of dispatch.
