due to the non- availability of space around the buildings, there is a tendency of constructing stilt floors for parking of cars. These open parking spaces are supported
by columns only. Avoid buying flats on the first floor of such buildings because the life of the occupants of such buildings lack solid foundation and there is a free flow of
energy below these flats. This is not a very serious defect but, if possible avoid the situation. You may purchase flats on the second floor or above I such buildings.
